Terms and Conditions

Effective 23 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Evolution Freedom Ltd for the Yieldly app. By downloading, opening, or paying for Yieldly you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Yieldly is

Yieldly is software that helps you see dividend income — past, scheduled, and a simple forecast — across UK wrappers and US names. Tagline: see every pound of dividend income.

Yieldly is not a broker, exchange, bank, or financial adviser. It does not execute trades, hold client money, or give personalised investment advice. Figures are for information only. Past dividends and live last prices are not a promise of future income. You remain responsible for tax, ISA/SIPP rules, and any investment decision.

2. Who may use it

You must be able to form a contract in your country. You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Your book

You can load a sample household, type holdings, import a CSV or a Trading 212 Activity Statement PDF (including Interactive Brokers activity statements), or optionally connect a brokerage through SnapTrade (read-only). You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import. Option contracts from a broker dump are shown as positions, not as the underlying stock’s dividend.

4. Market data

Last prices, daily change, dividend calendars, symbol search, and FX may come from Yahoo Finance and, when configured, Alpaca Market Data. US payable dates may also come from Nasdaq. Yahoo dates stay Estimated until broker, SnapTrade, or CSV cash confirms the payment. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Yieldly may show estimated future pay dates when a provider only returns history. Do not trade on Yieldly alone.

5. Broker connections

If you connect a brokerage, you do so through SnapTrade’s Connection Portal. Yieldly never sees your broker password. Connections are read-only. Disconnecting from Yieldly does not close your broker account. UK platforms that SnapTrade does not support (for example some AJ Bell / HL / ii setups) stay on CSV or manual entry.

6. Trial and paid access

New users get a 7-day free trial of the full app. After the trial, access requires a purchase:

Prices are in US dollars as listed on the App Store in your storefront; Apple may show a local equivalent. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Monthly auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple bills renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the equivalent on your device). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription.

If you bought through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules, not by Evolution Freedom Ltd directly.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law, overload our API, scrape it for a competing service, or use Yieldly to break a broker’s or data provider’s terms. Do not upload malware or other people’s confidential data without permission.

8. Intellectual property

Yieldly, the Yieldly name and mark, and the app’s design are owned by Evolution Freedom Ltd or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app. You do not get our source code, trademarks, or the right to rebrand Yieldly.

9. No warranty

Yieldly is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that quotes, yields, calendars, or forecasts are complete, current, or suitable for any purpose. Market outages, App Store delays, and third-party APIs can interrupt the service.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Freedom Ltd is not liable for lost profits, lost income, lost data, or investment losses arising from use of Yieldly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Yieldly in the 12 months before the claim (or £50 if you paid nothing).

11. Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. Using Yieldly means you also accept that policy.

12. Changes and ending the service

We may change the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. We may withdraw Yieldly or a data provider. You may stop using the app at any time. Surviving clauses: 1, 8–11, 13.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a consumer claim in the courts of your home country if the law requires it.
